Michael and his Jock Yoga crew will be leading the annual Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon 5k warm-up!

Join Michael and his Jock Yoga team as they lead you through a playful and dynamic balance of stretching and movement to get you ready to run your best! The 5k warm-up is scheduled at 7:25am on Lakeshore Blvd, west of Ontario Drive.
